The event took place in the forests in the vicinity of Jönköping, in the days from 3 to 6 June 2009. Among the crowds of visitors (46,342 persons) the forestry workers from all parts of the world. That also was the case this time. No other forestry fair is so international, or so current and great as Elmia Wood. We should have been present there.
Poznań International Fair participated as exhibitor at the stand No 202.
Our aim was to gather experiences and establish new contacts with both the exhibitors and visitors before the awaiting us forestry fair in Poland in September 2010 to take place in the forests near Świebodzin.
The EKO-LAS Fair organized by the Poznań International Fair that developed to be the greatest forestry fair with dynamic shows demonstrating the getting of wood in the Eastern part of Europe. This obligates!
Our presence at the ELMIA WOOD 2009 fair was the consequence of the agreements signed by and between MTP and the leaders in the organization of such forestry fair: ELMIA (Sweden), KWF (Germany).
